The web-server iRNA-methyl was developed to identify the N6-methyladenosine (m6A). It was observed by the rigorous cross-validation test on the benchmark dataset that the accuracy achieved by the predictor in identifying m6A was 65.59%. All benchmark data can be downloaded from the Data window of this web-server.
(1) For each submission, the input sequences must be longer than 51 characters and in FASTA format; i.e., each RNA sequence should start with a greater-than symbol (" > ") in the first column. The words right after the " > " symbol in the single initial line are optional and only used for the purpose of identification and description.
(2) If a query sequence contains any illegal characters, wrong results will be obtained.
