The web-server iRNA-PseU was developed to identify the pseudouridine sites in H. sapiens, M. musculus and S. cerevisiae. The results obtained by iRNA-PseU on the benchmark datasets for different genomes indicates that the current predictor may become a useful high-throughput tool in identifying sites.

 

Caveat

(1) For each submission, the input sequences must be longer than 21 characters (for H. sapiens and M. musculus) or 31 chacters (for S. cerevisiae) and in FASTA format; i.e., each RNA sequence should start with a greater-than symbol (" > ") in the first column. The words right after the " > " symbol in the single initial line are optional and only used for the purpose of identification and description.

(2) If a query sequence contains any illegal characters, wrong results will be obtained.
